Check Call Compress Shock – four short words to raise awareness of cardiac arrest for #RestartAHeart

This Sunday, 16th October 2022, is the day that globally we raise awareness of Cardiac Arrest. This video shows four amazing survivors who had early CPR and defibrillation. The simple message is Check Call Compress Shock. By recognising a cardiac arrest, making the emergency call, starting CPR, and using an AED early, we can really make the difference between life and death. Watch the video below to learn more.
