Volunteers sign up to make a difference in national training and development plan

Continuous training and development of our volunteers’ skills is of the highest importance to all in St John Ambulance Ireland. On Saturday 12 February 2022, volunteers from across the organisation gathered in our training centre in Dublin 4 for a national training and development day led by our director of training and development, Pam Skerritt.

Each of those who attended today has signed up to make a difference by supporting the national training and development plan. This plan ensures that all in the organisation work together to improve the skills of their fellow volunteers in their units across the island.

By improving our skills across all the areas of our operation, we will ensure that the people and communities we serve receive the best possible care in the pre-hospital setting.
